Refund policy

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or update your order (e.g. shipping address), please email us at orders@printsets.com as soon as possible:

  • You have 12 hours to make changes after placing an order.

  • Please include your order number in the email subject line.
    Once production begins, we may no longer be able to cancel or adjust your order.

Returns for Undamaged Prints

All our prints are made to order. Because of that, we accept returns only under these conditions:

  • You contact us within 35 days of delivery (via email at orders@printsets.com  or via self-serve returns method described below)

  • The prints are unused, undamaged, and carefully packed in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll issue a 50% refund of the item price. We’ll provide the return address via email.

Self-Serve Returns

You can also request a return directly from your customer account:

  1. Log in to your account using the same email used at checkout.

  2. Select the order you wish to return.

  3. Click Request Return and follow the prompts.

Once your return request is submitted, we’ll review it and respond with next steps, including return address and instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at orders@printsets.com. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund based on the issue.

To help us resolve the problem quickly, please send:

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

  • A group photo showing all affected prints

  • A photo of the packaging

  • If needed, a short video demonstrating the issue

Please don’t discard the items until the case is resolved. In rare cases, we may ask you to return the prints for verification. If damage is confirmed, return shipping will also be refunded.

Lost Packages

Shipping delays can happen. If your order hasn’t arrived:

  • For standard shipping: contact us via email at orders@printsets.com if it hasn’t been delivered within 19 days of order placement.

  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses or unclaimed packages are not eligible for a refund. If the package is returned to us, we may offer reshipment for an additional fee.

Refunds

We issue refunds for:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect prints

  • Lost shipments (per the above conditions)

  • Eligible returns following our return policy

All refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank to process the refund.
